Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition with tags and packaging, and you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@shopbyvogza.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return instructions along with the return address. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. In most cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include clear photos of the issue so we can verify the problem. Once confirmed, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Some items are non-returnable, including personalized or custom-made products, opened intimate wear such as underwear, and clothing that is washed, worn, stained, or missing original tags and packaging. Please reach out if you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility.
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, the best way is to return the original item and place a new order. You’ll be responsible for return shipping in this case, and we’ll process your refund once the original item is received and inspected.
For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must still meet the same return conditions — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and include proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If your return is approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@shopbyvogza.com.
